Our itinerary planning services take the stress out of planning, focusing on your specific wants and needs to craft the perfect trip for you.
And as parents, we know that traveling with kids is a whole new ballgame. Our services also help families feel confident in their plans and equipped in their journey, helping everyone have an amazing trip.

Service One:
Travel, designed just for you
At WanderWell Travelers, we believe that every family vacation- or any other vacation you might take, for that matter- should be designed with YOU in mind. That’s why our travel planning services start with you: our team takes the time to hear about the likes and dislikes of each of your fellow travelers (whether they be your children, your friends, your parents or someone else entirely), as well as your travel style, your interests and- of course- your hopes for your trip. If you haven’t yet decided where you want to travel, we’ll talk you through some of the options we think would be a great fit. And once you know where you want to go, our team will create itineraries and plans made up of the best options for you. That’s because at WanderWell Travelers we believe we can only do our job well when we have the independence to suggest the places and experiences that make the most sense for your travel.
Traveling with your family? All of our family planning services also come with our tried and true tips and tricks for traveling with kids: pointers on flight times, public transit, safety and how to help keep emotions and bodies feeling good.
Planning services: Starting at $275, with 3% of profits donated to support refugees
Service Four:
Times & Traditions to prepare for a new place
Help your child(ren) prepare for your upcoming trip by introducing them beforehand to the geographic region you’ll be visiting. Times & Traditions presents a brief, age-appropriate history of the area to be visited, as well as some of the cultural traditions and experiences of children who live there. Drawing on your child’s own interests (that you share with us), Times & Traditions provides links to resources such as music, sites, books and shows that they can explore on their own before the trip.
Times & Traditions services: Starting at $50, with 10% of profits donated to support refugees
Service Three:
One-on-One Sessions
Sometimes you just need someone who’s been down this road before-multiple times!- to sit with you and talk through all of your questions and concerns (Will anyone actually sleep on the plane? How do we manage jet lag? How do I engage my children in all that we’ll see?) Or maybe you just want a professional to look over the itinerary you’ve developed. Our one-on-one sessions give you the opportunity to meet with us and to discuss anything related to your trip.
One-on-one sessions: starting at $75 per 50 minute session, with 3% of profits donated to support refugees
Service Two:
Booking Services
Just need someone to help you find the right accommodations, tour, rental car or other travel service? As a Certified Independent Travel Advisor with FORA Travel, our Founder, Liz, can book things for your weekend away, business trip, weeks-long family trip and everything in between.
This service is usually provided free-of-charge.
